What We're Looking For:
We're seeking passionate and driven salespeople who are eager to contribute to our continued success. As a Sales Director at Mocktails, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our presence in the market and driving sales growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prospecting: Target key retailer buyers, distributors, and other brand partners in target regions with ongoing communication, virtual and/or in-person meetings, and events/samplings at key accounts.
- Distributor Management: Operate hand-in-hand with distribution partners on a daily basis, participate in planning meetings on a quarterly and annual basis. Responsible for daily/monthly/quarterly/annual business planning, account management, sales activities, team management, and budgeting.
- Sales: Drive sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities, actively selling, and motivating distributor sales teams to prioritize the brand in their portfolio within all channels.
- Develop, Land, and Manage Major regional Accounts: Within distributor portfolios, you'll be responsible for identifying, securing, and managing independant retailer accounts to maximize sales and brand visibility. The National Sales Director will also analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to expand Mocktails market presence in all channels.
- Achieve Monthly Sales Goals: Set and achieve monthly sales goals, continually optimizing accounts to maximize performance.

Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years sales experience in beverage industry (spirits & wine preferred) or CPG industry
- 4-year college degree
- Strong business planning, sales, and account management skills
- Experience in team management and budgeting
- Excellent communication, negotiation skills and relationship builder
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Knowledge of the beverage industry and experience in sales of consumer-packaged goods (CPG)
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Basic computer skills with working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Remote position, travel required for tradeshows and critical client meetings
- Reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Provide references and retail experience
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include: strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, understanding of customer needs, and familiarity with retail and e-commerce channels.
